  Brought in Toro self pacing mower for broken cable. 7-10 business days. Was fixed at the tail end of that window, mostly due to it taking over a week to get the part. Seems like it shouldn't take that long for the part. Rob from Russo called me right away when the part came in and they fixed it immediately. Russo's got on it right away. Seems like a basic part that should be in stock or quicker way to get parts. Very responsive after some follow up. Given the need for getting the mower working quickly given the weather, appreciate their attention to getting it fixed once part came in.
